Two kinds: client-authenticated (the client connects their own account via OAuth) and platform-authenticated (runs on Steward's shared API key).
Client-authenticated (OAuth — client connects their account)
The client grants Steward delegated access to their own channels. Free to Steward.
Platform-authenticated (Steward's shared credential)
Runs on Steward's own account/API key. Admin sets one credential; cost borne by Steward.
